I have had an avid interest in hypnosis, hypnotherapy, and hypnology for the past 15 years. I have also had extensive experience in the practise of hypnosis, as appropriate to both self-hypnosis and hypnosis of others.
I am very much an advocate of the benefits hypnosis can bestow on all those who have an open mind and are willing to give it a go! I am also keen to promote the idea that hypnosis can be a lot of fun, entertaining and easy to learn.
